WHAT: Mohegan Pennsylvania (MPA) will be taking over the harness track & track infield known as MPA’s Outdoor Event Venue to celebrate the return of NEPA’s largest and most popular outdoor beerfest: Oktoberfest 2023! The two-day festival kicks off on Friday, September 15th, running into Saturday, September 16th.
